Watch Officer Hans-Bernhard Michalowski
Hans-Bernhard Michalowski was born on 13
April 1912 in Kiel.
He joined the Reichsmarine (later Kriegsmarine) in 1933 (Crew 1933).
He was Second Watch Officer of U-35 from October 1937 until October 1938, and First Watch Officer from October 1938 until September 1939.

He commanded U-6 from November 1939 until December 1939, and U-62 for 5 war patrols from 21 December 1939 until 20 May 1941.
He was promoted to Kapitänleutnant on 1 January 1941, and died on 20 May 1941.
